With a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and over 20 years honing her writing skills, Janielys Riviera sought out to create a drama/romance comic where the story centered around what she knew best - fitness, health, and healing; but the concept of the story originally blossomed when she was only 19 years old while serving in the military.

WTSBS is Janielys' debut comic, launching officially in 2025 during the Webtoon Legends Contest, where it pulled in over 150k views and 11k subscribers within the first 6 months.

Her goal is to tell a beautiful, reflective but heart - wrenching story about two souls meant for each other but separated by time, space, and tragic circumstances and how they overcome and heal to finally be together.

Her message to the readers is a simple one: hold those closest to you a little tighter, a little longer, and say "I love you", even just one more time.
